W Hotels Customer Care Review from Sartell, Minnesota

Same with me. They charged $75.00 for valet service for 2 nights.

Night 2 the Valet attendant left my Mercedes Benz unlocked.

Of course, someone came on later on and having to try the door it was unlocked went in to my car and stole a little over $900 in cash I had LOCKED in the glovebox for safe keeping. Then ripped the glovebox right off!! Then jammed a scewdriver into center Consul, even thought it was unlock, I sure thinking there was more good stuff in there as well.

Now no one wants to pay for damage and reimbursement for stolen property. Not the hotel, not the car Service or their Insurance company

Bungled Reservation

I prepaid for a room for a guest at my wedding so that the room charge would go to me, but the incidentals would be paid by the guest. W Hotel assured me that it wouldn't be a problem.

They charged me for everything, leaving me in the awkward position of having to explain the mix-up to a wedding guest. On top of that, it took no less than 1 online booking, 3 phone calls and actually stopping by the lobby of the hotel to get them to confirm the reservation was correct. I should have guessed by then they would bungle it.

Despite the note they found on the reservation telling the clerk to split the room and incidental charges (which they located in their system) they still screwed it up. I guess my "whatever, whenever agent" just said "whatever!"

Since we have set the server never  show up until ten minutes.after that one lady came to our table never say hi tack a drink order and diapered she was not friendly , we have asked her her name

May be   its wrong Bojane   Management needs to trainee her properly

Thanks

Don't Let W hotel in Chicago park your car.

Chicago W hotel dented my car when they parked it and will not fix it. When I called to complain they asked me where the damage was and I said all four corners of car were damaged.

Then I asked them to send me a copy of the valets check in sheeet (where they mark damage on the car). All four corners of the car were marked for damage but only 1 spot was actually damaged.

Got a major run around from their insurance company, valet company, and W Hotel.

Think Valet kicked side of door because he wasn't happy with his tip. They charged $45 to park it so figured a tip was not in order.

That's what happens when you use Valet parking. Their job is to park the car, if it gets towed, stolen, damaged, that's your fault.

You knew the risks when you decided to pay 45 dollars for parking. I lived in Chicago for 12 years.

Parking in regular lot is about 20-30 bucks depending where you are. A lot better and I bet your car would not have been dented either.

W Hotel in Chicago valet will dent your car.

Waxed my car and left it in my garage prior to trip to Chicago. W Hotel valet parked car for me (only time it was out of my sight) and when I got home it dent in the driver side passenger door. Odd dent which could seems to be caused by car getting kicked. No scratches, no rubs, just a dent low on the door. Maybe valet was mad he didn't get a tip to park car?

Called about dent and got the run around. They wanted me to call at a later time, had to leave a message, had to report problem to their insurance.... They denied it saying car had prior damage.

It did not have prior damage and that's the last time I'll stay at the W Hotel in Chicago.
