TV Cable box is a joke and the DVR is not much better. DVR is limited to two recordings and you must watch one of shows. DVR setup is like an old DOS screen. "the most HD channels" There are many channels not in HD. The regular cigarette Cable box only allow you to view 12 favorite channels and is very slow to perform most functions. I have had Vyve cable and Internet for TWO weeks and all of a sudden it doesn't work at all. I've been on the phone with customer service for 2days, and while they've been friendly, are completely useless. They tell me someone is on their way, and hours later I'm on the phone again with the assurance it will be fixed today. Now it's tomorrow if I'm lucky. We have had more trouble with no cable, cable freezing up. Always something. Takes forever to get ahold of customer service. About ready to look somewhere else for service. Awe ful and its usually several times a week. Sooooo over it for the price you pay but you sure don't get credit for down time.

Our cable service has always sucked and was completely overpriced, but we are limited in options in our small area. After continued problems with the account, I cancelled my account. Now, they won't refund over $140 for services paid for in advance.
