1st time customer broke out &dkin pealing off(Not allergic)
I placed an order on March 5th with VVS
I placed an order on March 5th with VVS jewelry and I had to contact them two weeks later to asked vvsjewerly what is going on with items I ordered! I contacted the carrier yunexpress who had it and I never got a response so I contacted VVS jewelry again and then you UPS got it after they got it about a week later my item was delivered!
I contacted VVS jewelry letting them know that I broke out from their jewelry and my skin was peeling and they stated in the email did I take pictures and I replied no but would you like me to put it back on and break out so I can get my money back and I get no response?
I asked for their address so I can mail it back to them I got no response! I asked to speak with a manager and I got no response( I wouldn't rate it if I didn't)( I could have found a better item at a thrift store)(customer service no help)(wasnt able to take pictures but I can but I'll break out again smh)

Haven't got my order and don't know if if will ever get my package. Nobody has taken the time to call me or email me to let me know something there's no number to call. So I feel that you have stole my money and scammed me
