To know who deliver my parcel for pick up service

I'm guess the option click and collect have to be managed better. When I came to the shop and asked for my parcel from Vuse, which was sent to me with tracking details by Vuse, both employees asked, 'Who is your courier?' When I gave them the name of Vuse (they sell Vuse products), then they asked who is the courier who delivered to them.
I did not know by who; I looked at both emails and found no information about who the courier was. Then I called Vuse Customer Service. The lady on the phone gave me a name, but they had never heard about this courier. The driver or delivery man admitted it had failed.
So sadly, I stayed without my pods for a week. Sadly... Hope you understand what I want to say and how you can do the best without failure. P.S.
Most of the supermarkets and shops where you can get Vuse have 20mg, not 6mg or 10mg.
Why? Please provide more flavors to Waitrose and more of 10mg.

Product is crap

Well, we have been using VUSE products for a couple years now. We started noticing that the ones we were buying were different colors as far as the pods.
The liquid seemed burned and it was, it was so awful you couldnt even use them. The stores refused to exchange or refund them . We made several calls to the company, and out of all the calls they only helped us once and it was only partially. Then their prices went up, the pods didnt last as long as they used to either.
Finally enough is enough !! I stopped using them recently. Bottom line is they are crooks man.
They will not stand behind their product, their prices are ridiculous, and they refuse to credit their vendors so their vendors cannot help the customer, wow. Somebody needs to investigate them for sure .
