- -Gift card purchase was made online at 2:25 AM CDT on Dec 25, 2025, and the recipient did not receive it, with no callback yet.
I made a electronic gift card purchase online, @2:25AM CDT December 25, 2025. Recipient did not receive.
When purchasing online it said it went through. I contacted customer service on Dec. 26th. Customer service indicated that I should leave call back number so I can discuss my issue.
I NEVER received a call back. I contacted you earlier today, to review this issue again. Left a call back # to call me.
I would like to talk with someone with a pulse & heartbeat about this purchase. Thanks again.

Bad Customer service
- Delivery dates show delays; plan gifts early.
- Within state: 5-7 days; outside CA longer.
- USPS ships; no replacement or discount.
Delivery dates which show one date and then package is delayed. Even within the same state of shipping.
You need 5-7 business days within the state and more time outside of California. I get things faster from Nordstrom, Macy's, Walmart, etc. Customer Service was no help in the delay and never offered a replacement or a discount for a future order.
Leave plenty of time if you buy a gift for someone and don't receive it in time due to their estimated delivery time. Packages are shipped via USPS.
Poor customer solution to faulty product
- I'm a Vuori fan and own about 24 pieces.
- For Pinto pants, REI offered a new draw string and tailoring, then dropped responsibility.
First I was a huge fan of Vuori and own at least 24 pieces myself. I had a recent issue with a pair of pinto performance pants.
Their solution we can send a new draw string the. We recommend you take it to a tailor and have them repair it .
I said thats not viable then when they found out I bought it rei they dropped all responsiblilty. It all goes back to rei even when they say they have a ensure youre happy policy

Gross, now I feel every sale item has been worn. They are used! Who knows, maybe reused!
I thought your brand was top-notch. The health department most likely would not be on board with this.

Person said he couldnt change size so cancelled my order.

- I can't access my gift card.
- Berkeley location has unprofessional, too-young staff who yawn and need better conduct like Lululemon or Anthropologie.
The inability to access my gift card. People working in the stores are too young to be professional or helpful.
Yawning while speaking to customers, talking about the last party, I dont know about the other locations but Berkeley is awful. They should visit a lululemon,or anthropology to see how young employees can conduct themselves.

He promised me a label, then denied me one. He could not have cared less about who he was talking to! This is NOT CUSTOMER service or any service to anyone! Could have been AI, thats how wooden he was.
