Trying to pay my bill

I have tried to go online to pay my bill, and it seems that the vume bill pay is not working. It has been a month in a half since trying to get a hold of this company to pay my bill.

I can not pay my bill because no one wants to get a hold of me. I have emailed them directly and tried calling several times with at least 3 different phone numbers. I just want someone to respond so i can take care of this issue. I have received invoices to my email in the pat but have not received one for last month or so far this month.

Could someone reach out to me with an answer. My email is bobbyandsusie@***.net Thank you

Service worse then before they took over .ive called dozen different times always send me to vm .Never call or email u back .so issue of months continue.Cant reach by email either!!!

These people suck. Drop them now.

They’ve had over 100 complaints to the bbb this past year. I canceled their service but kept the email service. Now I can’t get my email and can’t get in touch with them. Phone number is bogus.

My advice is do what I did. Go with Starlink for internet and gmail for email.

Starlink is $120 a month but has speeds between 100 and 300 mbps. Awesome service and easy to set up.
