Ordered an expensive playset, and it arrived damaged. I sent pictures and videos of the damaged products to customer service.
They offered to send spray paint because it started rusting after a couple of days. They said the spray paint would fix the rusted areas. They also told me to get WD-40 for the loud noises it was making.
Some of the pieces aren't even usable. Such a disappointment.
