This was our second Vtech 2 camera system. Where we had for a month and the first one the screen froze we took back to Walmart.

Second one. The same thing happened. It was very frustrating to keep trying to reboot reset and still no response.

Finally found customer support number and your representative was more then helpful. And a pleasure to talk to.
