Authorization number needed. Your phones do not work.
It took Sams about 2 hours to get authorization to order my glasses. I got through twice and the vsp system said goodbye and hung up on me both times. Cannot reset my password, their system cant send me the screen.

No Refund/Cancellation
I had VSP insurance for over two years and paid monthly on it. The first year I never used anything.
I then went one time to the Walmart vision Center and I had an exam and bifocals and put it on the insurance.
I didnt feel the value was worth the cost and went to cancel the insurance and was told that, no, I was locked down according to the contract for a full year. Stay away from this insurance !Stay S

VSP SUCKS!
Had this insurance for over two years - went ONE time to a vision center at Walmart and paid for an exam and pair of bifocals (used the insurance) - wasn't happy with the value of VSP and called to cancel -- told NO, that I'm locked in for the remainder of the policy year and can't cancel... Ridiculous....

They pull payments way to early
My payment was not due till January 1st 2021, I got a notice my payment was denied due to lack of funds. Tried calling, I was told I had to wait 2 hours because other people were calling in.
This was on the 28th of December, so why are they pulling my money now?
Bad business, canceling my insurance I can buy my glasses locally, total BS!!!
