THIS IS A DREAM FROM *** THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I have only been living at the new rental place for two weeks and I have already had so many issues. The rental place is in a wonderful area and the neighbors are amazing. However, the VSM management is terrible.

1.) I have been charged a rental late fee because VSM did not check their drop box. I was informed that the VSM team did not check the drop box which not only caused a late fee, but caused my move-in time to get delayed by 2.5 hours.

2.) The contract is out of date. If you are going to sign a contract with VSM make sure you READ EVERYTHING. What they have in the contract is conflicting to what they tell you on email or in person. I recommend getting everything in writing.

3.) Our move-in date was delayed two weeks because the walls had to get repainted due to being drawn on. It is clear that VSM just put a new coat of paint over the drawings. They didn't even prime or clean the walls. You can also still see the drawings. Why have us wait 2 weeks if you can't even paint the walls right?

4.) We submitted house work orders to get our walls repainted. The VSM worker who came to repaint the walls put primer on the wall and never came back. The wall looks worse now and the worker never came back to put actual paint on the wall. The worker also left their paint roller and mentioned that we can touch up anything that we want. It is in the contract that VSM fixes any touch-ups. In addition, the worker never came back. It's been over a week and we have had no contact or updates.

5.) We submitted a work order because one of the curtains was missing a drawsting *** We were accused of it missing. The VSM worker mentioned "I remember seeing it there and we have it in video". If you have it in video please show me?

VSM likes to point finger, is unprofessional, and does not take accountability. The management is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

I signed a lease Jan 2015. The unit want painted or cleaned.

The only thing different from when I viewed the unit was they had replaced the carpet. I've now been here 2 years and 7 months. The building owner sold to another who decided to live in my unit, so I have to leave by noon ever of the month.

When we looked into other VSM properties we were told we'd still have to pay the application fees even though we're already established with there's company. I will have 7 days to be homeless bc of my new move in date and the new owner of my current address won't extend my stay at all.

I don't recommend doing business with Allisyn Rudeen. I had the worst experience with her.

Company seemed okay, but she was just mean, petty, and over the top. Just a heads up in case you come across her services.
