Bad billing practices
Terrible management. The owning group is only interested in billing.
To my understanding this is at least the second owner. The current wants seems to be completely hands-off. Vs was terrible in the past with having front office staff. It is even worse.
With the current management you will rarely if ever get a phone call answered. If you too are struggling to appreciate the management style, share your voice. Their headquarters is 2320 West Mission Lane, Ste 3, Phoenix, AZ 85021 or 602-241-****.
