Customer Service doesn’t exist
Customer service phone number automatically disconnected after first ring, repeatedly.
Store didnt have the quantity of product I ordered and advised me to cancel via Vroom customer service. I called but couldnt get through or cancel so I ended up having to call the store back and accepting alternative product since my card was already charged.
Vroom offered email as an option but response was minimum 24hrs. my order wouldve sat in queue and my $$ tied up.
Poor customer service options make me cautious to use this site again.

Im here to speak about how Vroom saved me when my Walmart Debit card would not allow me to activate my card for 2 days, after waiting a week on new card, and I was a victim of Identity theft and Have police reports and all, but Greendot, nor Walmart would approve my disputes. Iam 63.
I was in hospital. I have Colon cancer.Do not put your money with them!
Preferred solution: Vroom is not the whole issue. Although, even though I put detailed directions, I never got my stuff I paid for
Refund needed
I didn't receive my order and it required AID scan. That means you're a driver scan their ID to get my order.
I would like my money back as soon as possible. I never used this guy's service. Somebody referred me to you guys and this is a horrible start.
I don't know who I gotta talk to or what I gotta do. But I need my money back asap

Ive been waiting almost 2 weeks to get my car. This does not make any sense once I paid its like I havent heard from anyone and still waiting to get my car. Im already having to pay my insurance and I still dont even have my car.
