Videos won't play.

I have all the latest versions of Java, Shockwave Player and Flas player. Set compatibility mode in I.E. 11.
Double click the videos and nothing opens. Left staring at a blank window.
Then I tried a right click - Open in new tab. Still nothing. Next I tried a right click and Open in new window. Stil nothing.
I contacted them and they sent me some giberish about the OS and Browser version etc. After all that I still caan't run a video.
The voyeurweb videos run fine but the voyeurcloud videos don't. I rarely go to the site anymore.

I took out V Resident membership. Worked for a while.
Now I am blocked out of ALL V resident content.
They ask me the usual *** about, like, "what browser are you using" etc etc.
I reply that my system works fine on other sites.
Got no response from them. Take your money then don't give a ***.
