I tried to get into contact with them to get my money back but they wont answer their phones or email back
I used this company to trade crypto and now i would like to withdraw my funds, which i've been trying to do since about mid july, and have not been able to get a single penny back. It says that all trading pairs are disabled and have for months now.
We're talking a couple thousand dollars here not just a few hundred bucks. Anywho, no one will get into contact with me, I can't seem to get into contact with them and it seems like they just dont care.

Please call me at 910753****. I cant remember password and link to change doesnt work.
Last year I tried to start account but never got confirmation so I thought it didnt go through so I tried again with another email. Dont remember which one was excepted but I used for along time and transferred money into. Now my app wont accept my password and wont let me change password. It says there are 2 accounts.
Please help. Ive tried contacting support several times but keep getting the same automated replies

CANNOT DEPOSIT/PURCHASE/TRANSFER ASSETS TO MY ACCOUNT
I HAVE BEEN A VOYAGER ACCOUNT HOLDER FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. Until now, it has been my favorite crypto exchange.
I've never had any issues with my account and have slowly been moving ALL of my crypto currency (from other exchanges) to Voyager. However, recently, when I try to deposit fiat,buy crypto or transfer crypto, I cannot. I received a message from Voyager that"they currently are "not able to deposit (fiat or crypto), or transfer assets in my account." NO reason given. I hav submitted an email to Support over 3 weeks ago ...
NO response. I re-submitted an email two days ago. Still, no response from Voyager, except for several emails asking if I was satisfied with Voyager's resolution of my issue. THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION.
There has not even been a response from your support group. I have missed out on several trades I cannot do anything with my account. I cannot even deposit more USDC. Nothing in your services agreement allows you to stop processing deposits or transfer into/out of my account, especially without notifying the customer and/or providing a reason for the action.
This action has been compounded by your failure to respond to my email which was first sent over 3 weeks ago. RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL ASAP nad tell me what steps to take to rectify this issues and get access to my voyager account.
