Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich wende mich an Sie, um meine große Unzufriedenheit mit unserer kürzlich über Voyage Privé gebuchten Reise zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Die Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund der Reisebeschreibung hatten, wurden in keiner Weise erfüllt, was unseren Urlaub zu einem sehr enttäuschenden Erlebnis gemacht hat.

Zu den gravierendsten Punkten unserer Beschwerde gehören:

1.

**Kein Sandstrand vorhanden**: Entgegen der Beschreibung in Ihrem Angebot gibt es keinen Sandstrand in der Nähe unseres Hotels. Stattdessen ist der Strand voller Steine, was es uns unmöglich macht, das Meer zu genießen. Wir hatten gehofft, einen Strandurlaub zu verbringen, doch wir können nichts anderes tun, als im Hotel zu bleiben oder den Pool zu nutzen. Dies steht in krassem Widerspruch zu unseren Erwartungen und dem, was uns versprochen wurde.

**Hotel und Umgebung**: Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer Gegend, in der die Straßen sehr eng und unsicher sind. Wir können nicht einmal einen gemütlichen Spaziergang machen, da wir uns unsicher fühlen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten außerhalb des Hotels, was den Urlaub zusätzlich beeinträchtigt.

3. **Mängel im Hotelzimmer**: Unser Zimmer ist zwar sauber, aber keineswegs auf dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Die Duschkabine ist undicht, sodass nach jedem Duschen das Wasser im gesamten Badezimmer verteilt ist. Zudem ist der Halter für das Duschgel kaputt. Die Matratzen sind unbequem und ermöglichen keinen erholsamen Schlaf.

4. **Unangemessene Zusatzkosten**: Obwohl wir eine Halbpension gebucht haben, müssen wir für alle Getränke beim Abendessen extra bezahlen.

Dies war nicht klar kommuniziert und passt nicht zu dem hohen Preis, den wir für diese Reise gezahlt haben.

5. **Überfüllte Einrichtungen**: Der einzige Pool, den wir nutzen können, befindet sich im zehnten Stock und ist ständig überfüllt. Es gibt also kaum Möglichkeiten, sich im Hotel zu entspannen. Zudem riecht der Sauna- und Barbereich stark nach Abfluss, was den Aufenthalt dort unerträglich macht.

**Mangelhafte Transportmöglichkeiten**: Der nächstgelegene Sandstrand ist über eine Stunde entfernt, und es wurde uns kein Transport dorthin organisiert. Stattdessen müssten wir öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen, was zu erheblichen Zeitverlusten führt. Dies würde uns auch dazu zwingen, Mahlzeiten im Hotel zu verpassen, was inakzeptabel ist.

Aufgrund dieser schwerwiegenden Mängel fordere ich, dass Sie uns entweder eine kostenfreie Transportmöglichkeit zum nächstgelegenen Sandstrand zur Verfügung stellen oder uns eine angemessene Entschädigung in Form einer Rückerstattung (mindestens die Hälfte des Reisepreises) anbieten. Sollten wir keine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden, sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

Wir haben bereits Fotos und Dokumentationen gesammelt, die wir im Falle einer Eskalation weiterleiten werden.

Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung und hoffe auf eine schnelle Klärung der Angelegenheit.

Mit meiner großen Enttäuschung Ausdruck verleihen, dass der vereinbarte Termin am 03.09.2024 um 9:15 Uhr mit dem Übersetzer nicht eingehalten wurde. Dieser Termin war für uns von entscheidender Bedeutung, da wir eine Übersetzung für das Hotel, in dem wir untergebracht sind, benötigten. Leider kam es zu keinerlei Entscheidung oder hilfreicher Unterstützung durch den Übersetzer.

Durch das lange Warten auf den Termin konnten wir unser Frühstück nicht genießen, da uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir im Zimmer bleiben sollten, bis wir aufgerufen werden.

Diese Situation war äußerst unangenehm und hat unseren Morgen erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Ich bitte Sie dringend, dieses Problem zu prüfen und uns darüber zu informieren, wie Sie sicherstellen werden, dass derartige Vorkommnisse in Zukunft vermieden werden. Wir erwarten zudem eine Entschuldigung sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.

Ich möchte nur dazu sagen und beeindrucken, dass das Personal in der Hotel ganz ganz lieb und nett ist und freundlich.

The hotel we are currently staying in has been completely misrepresented on the website. We contacted customer services as soon as we arrived- the reply was we will try to get back to you within 72 hours.

Bearing in mind this is a short break - that was not acceptable. We were invited to use their WhatsApp messaging service - which we did, but we are still waiting for a reply to that.

We contacted Customer services 9am UK time the second day of our holiday and we are now on day 3 and we are STILL waiting for action.

We did receive a phone call from a third party asking us questions about our hotel - but again- we paid our money direct to Voyage Prive - they should be making the calls and solving the problems.

We were told that an email would be sent (at 9am yesterday) so we could upload our images of the hotel, but we are still waiting for that too.

We have previously had 8 holidays with VP, so I dont even feel like a valued customer. We are spending our days waiting for calls, looking for emails, sending messages. Its not a holiday.

We paid a lot of money for this, took time off work and it has been frustrating, disappointing and upsetting.

I am not going to upload the name of the hotel - it is not their fault, it is VPs for selling something better than what it is on their site.

Example from photo - this is advertised as a recently renovated 4 star hotel with an open gym and multifunctional court. Make your own mind up.

I have had no satisfactory response from this company .

On booking a holiday to Tunisia 17/8/2024-22/8/2024and paying a deposit of 320 sterling I was shocked on receiving my confirmation that the dated they booked where for September not August. This was their mistake as I was attending a wedding in Tunisia.

On contacting them I received no satisfactory response instead put on an automated answering machine. Leaving me no option but to cancel my booking .

They kept my deposit and had the nerve to send me an e mail requesting the balance. I am now at 79 out of pocket due to the incompetence of this company and have to book another flight and hotel.

I am in voyage prove affiliate program and I gave in all my savings I had and now I have no more money left on me. I have completed 38 journeys and stuck on 39 cuz they brought up an usual increase in price.

They are asking for $126000 and I dont have such kind of money I have already invested about $50k and I that was my lifetime savings.

Even if I work for next five years I will not be able to get $80k please I dont want any commission I just want all my invested money back. Please help me from this I am becoming mentally sick since I dont have access to such money and due to that reason I will lose my $50k.

Please show some mercy and help me get out of this.

Hi, Voyage prive does not offer any affiliate program, the website you're showing in your screenshots is a fake one and not Voyageprive's one. You probably sent money to an organised fraud.

2nd issue:

VP sold 5* luxury holiday "jewel of India tour with 5* Oberoi hotels" and the image of the hotel used to sell the holiday is the Amarvilas.

Although we were confirmed in each Oberoi hotel at the time of payment and booking and I also pre-checked the Oberoi online booking system prior to payment to ensure all was good. We have been informed this week that the Amarvilas is now fully booked and we are staying in a different hotel.

Oberoi Hotel Group are also to blame here

Confusion re the reason why the hotel had no booking details of our reservation. After quite a few direct calls to customer service from myself and daughter over a few days- only one adviser could explain.

We were still very uncertain and concerned with the explanation given until the day before our travel, when the hotel sent an email to my daughter confirming the reservation etc.

All the upset would have been avoided if a proper explanation as to why our reservation reference was not registered with the hotel. In short the experience marred our anticipated holiday somewhat- (wrecked with anxiety)
