Greetings, it has been a whole month and we haven't received our order of 15 physical copies of the Voyage article for Bobbye Hill. Invoice #06E64DDD-0001.
We have experienced at least one delay. We communicated with someone on June 12, 2024. They stated the package should arrive by June 27, but that didn't happen. On July 2, they stated another package was sent, and it's still not here.
I informed them it was supposed to be a gift for my mom, but unfortunately, we have still not received it.
We have asked for a refund, but no communication has been received from Voyage or about the items. What is the next step to resolve this issue?
