Bad products and bad customer service care
I have received a set of 808 CANZH2O wireless speakers as a birthday gift from my friend, so when I opened it and started to charge both. turned out one of the speaker wont charge and not working at all.
I call the 800 number talk to a customer service agent and was told no receipt no warranty service but it was a gift which I have told her already. I asked for the website and sent them an email and pictures of the product and packaging. The reply was basically the same no receipt no repairs.
Someone did pay the this brand new speakers and I got it as a gift, but the product doesnt work and the company refused to exchange or repair of it. So it just tells you that this company dont even stand behind their own product at all.
