We have been ordering supplements from Vox for over 3 years and we continue to order from them after all this time since we have been pleased with the experience.

They offer a large selection of products across several supplement categories and are continually among the first to add new products as soon as they start to become popular. They are very knowledgable and always giving us suggestions for which products are hot that we should add to our product offering that we may not have otherwise known about.

They have great customer service and are a pleasure to do business with, whether by email, by phone or in person at their warehouse.

They are always responsive when we have questions or issues that we need to get resolved. In addition to their large selection they also have very competitive pricing to along with their high quality products.

I first contact Vox Nutrition because I was interested in selling a particular supplement under my own company brand.

The web did not have much information about the supplement I was interested in. However, once I found Vox Nutrition, I was given a number of their own resources related to the product and a lot of details and options about how to have it with my own label.

When it comes to private labeling of supplement products Vox Nutrition is one of the best companies to deal with.

They have been very helpful providing me with prompt and accurate information about their products. Price-wise they are competitive. If you want to private label a supplement, Vox Nutrition is a good company to talk to.

I am currently dealing with this company and I am having a very good experience with them, their communications are amazing, their product is one of the highest and best quality out there, their delivery and lead times are spot on. have nothing bad to say about them.

We had so many issues when dealing with other companies and when we came to them everything changed, Kami, Josh are amazing, always available to get on the phone and discuss any issues or problems that might arise.

when we had a request from customers to send them lab reports, kami was always ready to help and to send them.

we absolutely would deal with them in the future!!!

I made a 1800 dollar purchase in January and they promised that they were going to send the goods within a week. They gave me the runaround for weeks on end.

When I asked them to take a picture of my products since I was starting to doubt that they had them in stock, they immediately sent me an email stating that they did not have it in stock and were apologizing. So, I contacted my bank to reverse my charge since I wasn't getting any products. Now they are accusing me of receiving the money twice which I have not. They are threatening me that they are going to sue me if I don't give them 1800 dollars which does not belong to them since I didn't receive any products.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We are USA German Company and just start to make our Private Labels with Vox Nutrition. We can only say that we are working wit 25 USA companies but this is the worst Company and customer Service.

They sent us also expired Products. We tried to resolve the problem even with the Management, but they are like the whole Team, ignoring and not responding.

They are going to take your money, mess up your order, delay your shipment and don't answer your calls or emails. We will of course engage our Lawyers, because they doing a big damage to the company and private label name and quality

Vox Nutrition has the worst customer service I have encountered in private label industry. I have found Vox nutrition to be very inefficient in providing right orders on the products I have ordered from them.

Sending wrong product, delayed shipping and giving misleading information. It's a blame culture that refuses to take responsibility when they make mistakes with orders. As a result of their bad business practices, we have lost time and money by dealing with them for our private label needs.

I would advise those entering the private label supplement business to beware of Vox Nutrition. Don't be fooled by their turnaround time and customer service claims on their website.

Vox Nutrition aka Private Label Supplements is located in Utah. To avoid confusion as there are a few companies with similar names, this is the Private Label Supplements company whose employees and officers include Charlie Estes , Lindsey Estes and Josh Gates among others.

We purchased a product named Garcinia Cambogia 100% Pure

from Vox Nutrition aka Private Label Supplements in Utah. Lot number is GP44234. On its label, Vox Nutrition advertises 50% Hydroxycitric Acid and in their supplement facts they claim their product contains

600mg Garcinia Cambogia Extract of which 50% is HCA. HCA is an abbreviation for Hydroxycitric acid, which is essentially the active ingredient in Garcinia that makes it "work". By claiming that their product contains 600 mg

of garcinia cambogia extract as 50% HCA, Vox Nutrition aka Private Label Supplements essentially claims their product contains 300mg of HCA. However, when we tested their product at multiple THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY FACILITIES, the results showed as low as ONLY 37.2 mg (!) of HCA per

capsule! 37.2 mg HCA represents ONLY 12.4% of what they claim on their label!

If anyone has purchased any products from Vox Nutrition aka Private Label Supplements , we encourage you to test the product at an INDEPENDENT TESTING FACILITY to make sure you received what you paid for.

To protect the consumers, we hope that Vox Nutrition aka Private Label Supplements , its principals and employees, Charlie Estes , Lindsey Estes and Josh Gates take the appropriate steps in ensuring that all its products meet label claims, And comply with all FDA regulations and FTC Rules.
