A1 ATTENTION CODE PROBLEM

I am really frustrated that every time I disassemble the electrical unit for cleaning and then reassemble it I always get the A1 code? Then THE UNIT WONT POWER UP FOR SOMETIMES 10-24 HOURS? I follow the descaling process mentioned in the manual. WHAT IS THE SECRET IN POWERING BACK WITHOUT GETTING THIS A1 ISSUE??is this a manufacturing glitch? Are you guys working on fixing this issue? What causes the problem ? I bought the unit {element a2} from Amazon about 3 mos ago.I understand your warranty is for 5 years. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Do not buy this humidifier unless Virnsdo fixes the problem!!

Technical usage of yoyr product

I have bought your VH2 room heater that has 2 heat settings ( 750 w and 1500 w with a thermostat control . After setting it to 750 w after lets say about an hour I get cold air coming out of it . I use to have a personal model 202 and the output was much stronger . How odd . With this big unit the fan strength was stupidly weaker . you would think a much larger fan would produce a stronger output . So with the 750w setting , I find it useless . I'm assuming that the thermostat is a stupid design . Why don't you just make it without a thermostat and have it shut off a different way for safety reasons because what you have stinks and doesn't work . I like the VH2 but using it on 1500w and not the useless 750w setting makes it too expensive for me . Why not design one for a low setting of 1000w . that makes more sense to me . One again, the 750 w setting is worthless ! sorry guys but I'm trying to let you know how to improve your product . Common sense and I'm not that smart .
