The frames I ordered are not as described. I wanted to exchange them but I am not getting g a response.
Preferred solution: Exchange or refund
I was supposed to have a reorder and it disappeared
There isnt an operator to talk to. I am super pissed that I was supposed to have an order remade and then it completely disappeared.

Have not received my order of 1/38/24
I ordered and paid for 4 sets of screw back earrings 1/28/24. I have not received them yet. I would like them sent to me now as I need them for April birthday presents .
