Ordernever received my order
- - Order placed in January; shipped to the wrong address and not received as of March 6.
- - Requesting a full refund.
I purchased back in January while I was in Florida. They sent it to the wrong address.
The postal service returned it to the company. I gave them another address on February 6th, and I have not received the order as of today, March 6th. I'm requesting a full refund as soon as possible.
This has been the most ridiculous issue I've had with any company. I will not recommend this company ever again.

Help with order mistake
I ordered a necklace that was 2.0 carats and wanted the 1.0 one so I ordered that as well. I wanted to cancel the 2.0 order before it was sent out so I don't have to return. Is it too late?

There isnt an operator to talk to. I am super pissed that I was supposed to have an order remade and then it completely disappeared.
