Account has changed from what I was promised
The withdrawal timing was so fast this is the reason I opened an account. now this has changed to days and I wasnt made aware
Reason for my review is ive messaged you guys regarding my blocked account with my money in it £1700
So my account when i go to log in says excluded from are casinos cant upload it to my acount as it is excluded cant speak to people on live chat so i have to wait for about 3 days for a reply i want to know what is happing with my winnings in my excluded acount

Immer neue Ausreden, Weil ich meine Firma von UG zur GMBH wachsen lassen habe mit Geld meiner Kunden ( Bareinzahlung) wollen sie detailliert wissen woher ich das Bargeld habe als Unternehmer mit Geld von Kunden.Trotz Bank Dokumente und Kunden Rechnungen mit Summen die das 3000 fache meiner Bareinzahlung beweisen im Orginal von Bank etc.VERWEIGERN sie bereits 2 Jahre die Auszahlung weil ihr Casino in Deutschland gesperrt wurde.Weil es keine Lizenz hat für Deutschland bekomme ich meinen Gewinn nicht.Ziehe vor Gericht in Malta und werde sie überall verfolgen mit Polizei ♂️ und Anwälte.
Dieses Casino ist Kriminell und kommt immer mit neuen ausreden.
Habe hier eine GMBH firma und in Deutschland gibt es sowas Kriminelles nicht.
Bitte um hilfe ich werde nie aufgeben entweder bekomme ich meinen legal erspielten gewinn oder ich ziehe bis zum gericht in malta dort habe ich bereits auch einen anwalt eingesetzt.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambing
The issue that I have experienced was: I was playing and played out my bonus and went to withdraw my money and they refused. They straight up knew I played the bonus out and I have proof of it because of their inhouse chat between eachother they clearly say it was played out.
There was also transactions for 12600.00 and 1375.03 that were approved withdrawal that I never received.
Please do not refer me to 158817 email!!
Hi - I am writing to you once again to ask you to please review the data you have in regards to my bonus on November 5, 2020 and reconsider your decision. Please do not disregard the information I have included in this email as it took me a lot of effort to put this evidence together and would like someone at voodoo to take the time to review this.
I would like a manager to review the information and data that was provided to Pardee Consulta and the information I was provided to previously and compared to the data you have provided me when I requested all the data you have to be provided to me.
Below are actual facts and evidence that I did not violate any bonus. And it will prove that the data provided to Pardee was not true and should be corrected asap as the data they received and made their decison on was based on false data information. I compared the data from the information you provided to Pardee Consulta to the data I just received when I requested access to all my information at voodoo had from me.
And the discrepancies are very evident and do not match up even a little.
According to the closure report from Pardee Consulta the information you provided to them was as follows:

I think you get the point I am trying to send out now. I am not being taken seriously and I feel I have been cheated out of my winnings and would like the money to be paid to me asap as the data shows that this money was won fairly. There are no bets placed over 5 until the bonus was wagered as it clearly shows in the data provided to me...
actually all the bets entered were all consistent with the wager at 4.50. I have a screenshot of your internal conversation which states I indeed was done the bonus and a supervisor responded and said don't pay and when I was done playing a campain to confiscate my winnings and the cs agent was confused about this.
I will win this case in court based on the evidence and am asking you to please reconsider your decision before this information goes public.

They have kept my funds
I made a withdrawal of four thousand pounds and they have found every excuse to keep my money its nearly been a year Ive gone through their adr service called ibas who is also involved with them I now believe who did not help me in anyway or form they also now wont speak to me the operator doesnt respond to any emails I just now feel like they have stolen my money.
