I placed a order on april 28 2020 and still have not received my order
- - The order was repeatedly delayed with border issues and delays due to the pandemic.
- - A replacement, Express shipping, and apologies were provided.
I have been contacting thought the customer service where I place the order and all they keep telling me that first it was stuck at the border and I would be getting it soon . The second time I contacted them they said that that it was still at the border and they would resend another one and send it Express and I would get did fast .
The third time it was because of the pandemic.
The forth time that they were really sorry about the inconvenience but please be patient it was on the way . This has been going on since april 28 2020

I ordered on September 10th and have got one response saying be patient and I have tried to get through to them by text many times since then and they wont text me back. There is no phone number that I can call and they better hope I get my order or Im going to the Attorney General! I spent $39 and Im not just giving my money away

On April 7;2020, I ordered paint rollers they got my money but I never received the merchandise. Im a senior and I want everybody knows that they should never order.
From this company. After I place the order the company name change from vonluxes.net to Smiley Homey. The charge was $39.96. I lost the money but I believe your company will loose more With today and technology it take few minutes.
