I never received the items I paid for
I ordered paint rollers from VONLUXES that I never received.
I wrote many, many times with no resolve.
I was told to wait a little longer, but nothing ever came.
I got tired of writing to this company with no results.

Warn others of fraudulent company
Vonluxe took my money and never sent the product. Ive seen the product again under different company names. I have filed a complaint against this company with the FCC and BBB

Never recieved my order
I placed an order in April 2020, I sent emails to the company but response was in Chinese and they said it was shipped. Shipped, but I never received it.
What now? Will you replace or refund?

I placed a order on april 28 2020 and still have not received my order
I have been contacting thought the customer service where I place the order and all they keep telling me that first it was stuck at the border and I would be getting it soon . The second time I contacted them they said that that it was still at the border and they would resend another one and send it Express and I would get did fast .
The third time it was because of the pandemic.
The forth time that they were really sorry about the inconvenience but please be patient it was on the way . This has been going on since april 28 2020

Order baby doll 2 months ago still not received
Idk what happen it said it was in Greensboro NC last time I check but still haven gotten Greensboro is only 45 miles from me

I have not received a tracking number and the phone number is not working. I have texted them many times and no response so I want to know what I need to do to get my money back or talk to them

I ordered on September 10th and have got one response saying be patient and I have tried to get through to them by text many times since then and they wont text me back. There is no phone number that I can call and they better hope I get my order or Im going to the Attorney General! I spent $39 and Im not just giving my money away

Merchandise paid but never received.
On April 7;2020, I ordered paint rollers they got my money but I never received the merchandise. Im a senior and I want everybody knows that they should never order.
From this company. After I place the order the company name change from vonluxes.net to Smiley Homey. The charge was $39.96. I lost the money but I believe your company will loose more With today and technology it take few minutes.
