Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Contact customer service department, extremely helpful.
Today, 12/09/2025, after siting the hob, I found that the 'power on' button on both plates was not functioning properly - the power button(s) have to be pressed or held down several times to get the hob working.
This product was purchased because I considered the brand to be a reliable one but having owned it for only a few hours and discovering that it has a major fault is extremely disappointing, and I would like to know how you are going to resolve this matter.

Air.cooler received damaged

To verify why Vonhaus has not accepted my current debit card number
My current debit card with which to use Pay is not up showing on Vonhaus purchase page - the card cited - 4135, is not in use now.. instead my current debit Mastercard ends in 9244

Difficulties in finding replacement mower blade
I have a 1600w electric corded lawnmower with a 360mm cutting blade. I need a replacement blade, but cannot find one at your recommended outlet (B&Q). Can you supply, or guide me in the right direction?

Difficulties in finding replacement mower blade
Cannot find the size/type of replacement blade for my vonhaus 1600w lawnmower. (360mm cutting width).
Found a customer call number, but a recorded voice stated this number is not being monitored and directed me to the website.
Found 'pissed customer'. I find this a very unprofessional name for a customer enquiry page.
Do you get that many complaints that it inspires this title?
Also your star rating page is unhelpful and difficult to accurately use. I have no experience with some of the options, but I cannot leave these blank, hence you get 1 star.
