Vonage Displays as SPAM numbers for my Caller ID

I have signed up with vonage international calling service. All my international calls that i make outside of the UK come up as spam on all the phones of the people that i call. I called vonage 8 times and they keep telling that they dont support international caller ID

Vonage - BAD customer service

Had a "discounted" service for 1 year, the year was up yesterday. With no notification, they doubled the charge to $34 (ridiculous) and refuse to refund my payment when I called to cancel service. Future customers - keep an eye on your 1 year date, they give no notification before raising the rate. Better yet, find another phone provider. VONAGE is a ripoff ripoff ripoff. Phone service with Vonage cancelled on a Thursday afternoon

My phone told me I no longer had service when I noticed the Vonage box was missing the light on the left. Not an internet problem so I read an Email saying my service was cancelled. I never cancelled it. Seriously think those of us with the $9.99 per month were cancelled so we could pay more.

VONAGE bills for unused phone service

I moved from Greensboro to Southern Pines, terminated my Time Warner on line service, when my mobile phone stopped working. Using coffee shop WIFI, I found VONAGE's home phone plan, paid $19.00 for their modem, which I couldn't use (their ad then did not specify the need for line access). I needed a phone in order to find a new rental and got a BLU mobile phone with a Consumer Cellular SIM card from Target and Sears. About a month after relocating I subscribed to Earthlink (Time Warner) and started receiving bills from VONAGE for a service I didn't use or install. I am retired, on limited income, and don't need 2 phones. I texted VONAGE's chat customer service, was told that billing is activated regardless of modem installation or phone use. The bills keep coming. They won't cancel my account.
