Vonage - Disgusting + criminal enterprise!
Absolute disgusting company, never, and I mean never sign up with them. I can't give zero! I have had an account for 2 years, which has never been used. I've tried cancelling the account numerous times, and I mean numerous times, but every time I think I've cancelled another payment comes out. I've tried telling my bank to stop the payments, but the money continuously gets taken month after month. The complaints team offered me 3 months backdated refund, to which I agreed as I just wanted done with them. Since that offer, they've taken 3 more monthly payments, and NOT cancelled the account. I am now in the process of getting a solicitor involved. Avoid at all cost.
Vonage - Thieves
My credit card was charged for this months service. I cancel the horrible service within 4 days. Customer service told me they do not prorate nor refund any portion of the unused service. WOW! Filing a complaint with FCC!

Vonage ruined my business
Like every business owner, finding services at a lower cost is important, Vonage was the biggest business mistake I ever made. I went from 3 phone lines with my internet carrier (Spectrum) to 3 phone lines that never worked right with Vonage. 6 weeks later - NO PHONES. NO FAX! (so no customer communications). I spent several hundred dollars on an local IT guy trying to salvage this to no avail. DON'T USE VONAGE - it ruined my customer communications . They have no customer service and no responsibility! Vonage - I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS
They are not upfront about their service. I had a month trying to get their system working in our offices with my time mostly spent on phone and chat with them while physically doing the work myself. In the end their service was not compatible with ours and they wouldn't let us have our number back. This was a crazy ordeal that put us more than a month without service and we lost our phone number of 50+ years. They are still trying to get us to pay for services we never received.

Vonage - Fake Account
I have had this running issue with Vonage for the last year and half. I first discovered that they were charging a fee on my credit card in Oct, called to inform them that I did not have any services with them. They refunded 3 out of the 9 months and all services had been cut off. Now its started again. No statements, no number, just the customer service number on my credit card bill. Customer service rep didn't know what to do and just trying to transfer us to other reps. Stupid rude and scam company.
Vonage Displays as SPAM numbers for my Caller ID
I have signed up with vonage international calling service. All my international calls that i make outside of the UK come up as spam on all the phones of the people that i call. I called vonage 8 times and they keep telling that they dont support international caller ID
