Bait and switch!

My sales person was a lier!

Original review Nov 10, 2018

Myself and my wife were quoted $535 for a monthly lease payment on a new Volvo. When signing the paperwork, the price was almost $50 higher per month.

When agressively confronting the salesperson with lying, he challenged me to a fight.

The sales manger was right there and refused to do anything about my complaint.

It was a classic bait and switch. We left the showroom with our 3 year old Volvo and did not buy a new car.

In a phone conversation, I carefully stated to the salesperson exactly what he said to me about the Volvo were getting, the exact equipment and price.

He lied to both myself and my wife on many occasion including the color of the car.
