Left my vehicle for maintenance I live 180 miles from Phoenix, picked it up drove home saw the back bumper seat was open, had it checked and it was broken. Called immediately spoke with the person who had been assigned to me, he called me a liar stating the service people had no reason to open that seat. I stated maybe it happened when they detailed it, he was extremely rude, not the first time, very bad attitude, sent him pics of the broken seat he said "it doesn't look broken to me"; sent an email to the service manager who did not get back with me until 8 hours later - he could have said let me look into this issue I'll get back with you, but instead ignored my email, no one is that busy plus they have staff!
