I can't write just what I want either; 100 characters is not enough. The dumbest thing ever.

Scammers liars
- - Alleges lies, theft, and violations by VOA.
- - Claims unsafe apartment with drug activity nearby.
- - Says management is often absent and ignores policies.
Will lie to you constantly. Steal from you.
Break your tenant, privacy, disability and hipaa rights. Doxx your info. Break into your apt. "Misplace" your rent.
Refuse services and refuse reasonable accommodations. Not ADA compliant. Not FHA or VA compliant. Non Hipaa compliant.
Will sell you a broken down, unsafe, dirty apt. That allows drug dealers and felons in, next door. Building where I preside stinks of smoke. Noisy neighbors.
Drugs use and trafficking, squatters, smoking in the building. Animal neglect and abuse. Management doesnt follow its own policy. Management never around.
When rarely at the building, doesnt manage. Never shoveled when it snows in Winter. While having elderly and limited mobility tenants here. Garbage and cigarettes butts all over property.
Voa doesnt help the elderly or vets in need. Just themselve$. Not faith based, Greed based. Can never keep good people.
Run by scammers and frauds, narcissists and sociopaths that dont do the work. VoA Discriminates against disabled and any of those asking for help. Or exercising their civil rights gets abused and ignored and gang stalked. Worst org I've ever worked with by far.
Dont ever trust. Document and file, record and copies for everything. Stand your ground. Get a lawyer.
Dont let loved ones use this org ever or anywhere. Run by criminals large and small. They act nice to your face.
Then stab you in the back every time. Corp run by incompetence and illegality.

Discriminatory hiring process
- - Open job fair; I showed up with a resume.
- - They refused my resume and interview; discrimination alleged; I contacted lawyers.
They had an open job fair today (stated just show up for an interview) I did with resume in hand and they refused to accept my resume and refused to interview me, was lied too and discriminated against. I've contacted lawyers.
They lost a customer for life and for only being open for about 6 months, they have had so many issues. I don't like to wish Ill on anyone but I hope they flop and have to close the store.

Stress much too close to disaster repeatedly ignored. I am sure this has been dismissed.
We can, I believe, agree financial stability is key with most all veterans nearing a crisis stage.
Pardon my assertiveness, but I MUST get past VOA dismissal. LIVES CAN BE SAVED.
I MUST MAKE PROPER CONNECTION UP THE CHAIN-OF-COMMAND.

They threaten to 'write up' people for not attending events they get paid to refer people to, so they are lying to clients and taking the money. They are rude and unprofessional.
Someone needs to investigate them. They do not give anyone help.
