I was given a temporary card on Friday of last week and told it was hooked up and that I would have a permanent card sent to my address from that time. I have not received my permanent nor has my temporary card been able to be used it keeps saying in accurate information obtained.

It doesnt have a name because its valued customer new card and the three digit on the back is 307, it will not allow me to authorize the card to make spending. I need this handled ASAP please Im desperate.
