AI Highlights
  • - I was told I was approved and drove off with the car after signing.
  • - If the loan falls through, you may lose the car; bailment form not explained.

Please be very aware when you buy from Volume Hyundai in Milledgeville . I just had a horrible nightmare experience with this dealership.

My sales man told me I was approved and what my payment would be, put money down and signed all the paperwork and drove my new car home that day! Only for them to call me almost 2 weeks later and inform me my loan did not go through. I was blown away..... what do you mean....

I was told I was approved!!!!! Well evidently there is a form you sign that no one explains to you exactly what it means. Please read the bailment agreement form!!!!! This form is what allows them to send you out the door with a new car leaving them to finsh your approval from the banks and if your loan don't go through the car you thought was yours is no longer yours!!!!

You have to renegotiate the loan, witch could mean higher payemts, higher interest or they can't do the loan at all. Please make sure you are really approved before you take possession of the car.
