Bad service & customer service

I am absolutely furious about the terrible service I received for my free yearly performance check on my air conditioner on Feb 24. Not only did they fail to perform the check as promised, but they also neglected to inform me about it. When I contacted the customer service team, they were unhelpful and instead tried to push their paid services on me. This whole experience has been a complete disaster and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and care from this company.

Having bought Voltas AC
It's been a month now that I have repeatedly been calling Voltas customer Service number for non cooling and i am surprised with their attitude. Other than regret for the inconvenience caused reply until now since a month no one has visited. It's heartening coming from a brand like Tata. I would recommend non to even go near Voltas if you are planning to buy an AC.

About my voltas refrigerator, since 3 years completed every year pcb has to be exchange ,compressor gone on third year till 18 days over no service,small children's ilk has to be put to nebours...we want refund, but to hume We have to complain, nobody is taking responsibility...don't buy any voltas product.

Respected Sir, I had got my AC last year in December 2022, from then onwards i had till date 4 times got service over water leak in my system. But, for your information i had carrier AC in my village 2 numbers with also 1 number of hitachi till date from buying these AC had service but only once i had water leak problem. I think your service is very poor therefore look into this matter again for the 5th time and solve the problem permanently. Thanking you, With regards

I have brought a Voltas beko semi automatic washing machine Last year jan now it's give trouble I lodge a complaint to service the technician has been checked the washing machine and told that one part to be replaced part name is pulster and it's to be replaced with the cost of 950 rs and separate service charge 300 rs and what was the company giving warranty for the product I think this *** company is giving fake warranty to loot our valuable money for our pocket i recommend to all.INDIA PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS *** COMPANY PRODUCTS AND MY ? From 6 months I am waiting for getting my washing machine repair but someone came and completely spoiled and rgt now they are not ready to replace the item. i have requested for replacement because of lost of trust over the machine after being repaired by them thrice ..simply closing the complaint without even informing customer and not even solving the issue.it is really pathetic and pity to say how unprofessional they are ...customer care executives were good and trying to reslove the issue but the tail end of story is still in vain with absolute damm .Now I would like to call the washing machine with me as scrap only

I have taken up the AMC for 2 units and whenever we ask for servicing, it is done but not on promised date and after several means several calls. There are plenty of leakage from both the units and after several complaints they charged us an amount for the extra tray. Still the problem is not resolved. But we are never satisfied with the serving part. Only the sales department is fully trained into it. I request you to please look into resolving my problem. Please. As the AMC is about to renew. Requesting. Facing lots of problem. My firm has been your customer since 1984. Taking into consideration of privilege customer please take care.
