Now one glove does not charge. There is only a 30 day warranty when I contacted the company by email they told me it should be covered but I need to send them a $25 processing fee through PayPal. What is this nonsense?

And then they refuse to tell me if they were going to send me a new pair of gloves if I had to pay the shipping if they were just going to send me a refurbished piece of junk glove back, etc. I do not recommend this company.
