Repair Service misrepresentation
We took our vehicle in for a service engine light indicator after your certified dealership in ORLAND Park looked at the vehicle they informed us the car needed over $4500 in repairs. When they submitted the repairs to the warranty company they were declined on 2 occasions by a third party adjuster who indicated there was found to be no cause of failure found .
As a result of the drawn out 3 week long process I was stuck paying over $500 out pocket for rental and I spent ruin by your dealership! I am looking for s full refund based on this misrepresentation. I took my vehicle to a 3rd party and identified that the only issue with the vehicle was a bad sensor that was replaced and the error code reset to resolve our problem with the service engine light. This was horrid and broke all my trust in your company.
I want a full refund as a result of the lies and deceit . In addition we reported and issue with a window and not only was it not repaired but it was give back to us in adeined state because we opted not to get the repairs done and pay out of pocket. They gave me the St back with the window in a down position and would not go back up nor was the attempt made to make things right. In addition they had a signature from a 17 year old child and stated that they informed my husband and I of the inspection cost of $145 and neither of us were told.
I would like to speak with your corporate office for my full refund and to ensure processes and procedures are put in place to protect other consumers who have no choice but to work with this location. Something needs to be gone to keep your customers and their trust!!!!
