Verified Reviewer |Ongoing Front Window Issue – Still Unresolved After Multiple Visits
- Front windows close smoothly at 75% or 100%.
- At 25% open, front windows lower then rise to close; rear windows operate normally; escalate.
I'm still working with the VW service center.
However, if the window is only opened to 25%, it behaves abnormally when attempting to close; the glass first lowers completely before rising back up to close. This behavior is present on both front windows, while the rear windows function normally without such issues. I am unsure if this is considered typical behavior for VW vehicles, but from my experience with other brands, the windows usually close directly, regardless of the position they were opened to.
Since I have already dropped off the vehicle several times and the issue remains unresolved, I request that this matter be escalated to VW Technical Support or the appropriate escalation channel for a more in-depth assessment and resolution. I appreciate your attention and await your guidance on the next steps.
- Good interior built
- Many technical issues in the car built
Preferred solution: Fix the Problem.
User's recommendation: I never recommend VW anymore.
