I'm still working with the VW service center.

Original review May 14, 2025
This concerns the ongoing window issue we previously reported to the Ken Graff Service Center Team, Gilbert, USA, as the problem persists despite multiple service visits. Here are my observations: When the windows are opened to 75% or 100%, they close smoothly and return to their proper closed position.

However, if the window is only opened to 25%, it behaves abnormally when attempting to close; the glass first lowers completely before rising back up to close. This behavior is present on both front windows, while the rear windows function normally without such issues. I am unsure if this is considered typical behavior for VW vehicles, but from my experience with other brands, the windows usually close directly, regardless of the position they were opened to.

Since I have already dropped off the vehicle several times and the issue remains unresolved, I request that this matter be escalated to VW Technical Support or the appropriate escalation channel for a more in-depth assessment and resolution. I appreciate your attention and await your guidance on the next steps.
Loss:
$50000
Pros:
  • Good interior built
Cons:
  • Many technical issues in the car built

Preferred solution: Fix the Problem.

User's recommendation: I never recommend VW anymore.
