UNABLE TO CALL LONG DISTANCE
- - Unable to dial long distance or 800 numbers since Jan 2012.
- - Please repair; two hours with support produced no fix.
I started using your service in 2010 and have been able to dial long distance. Since Jan 2012, I am unable to dial LD and 800 numbers.
I need to regularly contact my Mother in Volcano, CA but i cannot dial into Volcano (Area Code 206). Your techs tell me Volcano Tel forbids transmission thru Magic Jack but when we talked with them, they said it is not so. Your techs also told me that in order to get thru to volcano, I must pay 2 cents per minute BUT my contract with MJ allows long distance within USA.
I need to have this repaired.....I've spent about 2 hours with y'all but nothing has changed. Please help.
