Never heard of or signed up to buy anything from this company. Called to talk to someone in their fraud dept & they dont have one, asked about a complaint dept.
Dont have one. Customer service is a 3rd party contract company with no supervisors cause they're all trained to handle all types of things. Spoke to Robert & Breana & was hung up on by both because they wanted to offer me 50%off future purchases or send the products back. I didnt order, nor were the products delivered to send back because they didnt even have the right address.
Breana claimed that only the only numbers she had were to upper management and they had contact info for VL Health. Asked for one of their names and numbers and she didnt have that info. I told her she was caught in her second lie and she started reading off of their disconnect sales script and hung up. Robert made the statement of "well someone there ordered it." I informed him that the only people here besides me & my husband was my 76yr old mother that jst got out of the hospital cause of stage 3 cancer & I guatantee it wasnt her.
He said he wasnt trying to imply that at all. I said "you just said well someone here ordered it." According to him VL health has been in business 10yrs. I said and in 10 yrs they havent thought to have a fraud or complaint dept. He said no.
I said well I guess it is difficult when the whole company commits fraud and I wanted a refund. He put my on hold to check and get permission to see what he could do. I asked who he spoke to since they dont have supervisors, himself? He gave me the same speech I jst got from Breana and hung up.
I called back a 3rd time and could hear Robert talking about the conversation with me in the background. The woman asked for my name and zipcode. I said ask Robert since I can hear him running his mouth through her headset. She immediately hung up.
Ive got over $200 in charges from this company. The only way Ill speak to anyone from this company is if they actually work for Volcan Health & they are calling to refund the money.

Since filing my complaint with the BBB (which they are not a member of), and posted on here and other sites about their illegal business practices, they have agreed to refund my $. However they will need to send me a check because I have a new card now and there is NO WAY I WILL EVER GIVE THEM MY CARD INFORMATION AGAIN!!!!!
Ordered a "FREE SAMPLE" for only $4.95 + $.99 for S/H on 4/21/16. Then, today on 5/18/16 I find out that I was charged $59.95. I called the one and only # they have of 877-690-**** and got not so friendly Lisa and asked why and how I was charged this amount and was told I should of read the fine print and the 14 day trial had expired and there was nothing they could do; asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no and got hung up on, called again and she changed her voice and said you have been given the information and there is nothing further we can do for you. They saved my card information and charged this without my authorization. I have read many reviews on VL Health or whichever name they want to go by and apparently they do this to a lot of people. Not I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to TRY to get my money back and to prevent them from ever using my card again and charging me repeatedly.

I went through the same exact issue. They took over $100 from me and I never even received product from them. They literally stole from my account!

I also ordered 2 “free” samples of Testadrox and Megadrox, all I was supposed to do was pay shipping. 1 month later I have 2 pending charges for $54.98 and $56.98 from VL Health on my bank statement.
I called 3 times to VL Health customer service and was on hold for over a half hour. Finally the 3rd time some lady picked up the phone. After I explained that I did not singe up for anything but the “free” samples I asked were was it stated about the reoccurring shipments because I looked for anything that may have stated that before I sent my request for the free samples. She goes on to tell me that it is not on the web page but on a follow-up email that the samples have been mailed.
Talk about deception! Then she said they have canceled my account, I explained that I did not sign up for any account. She then interrupts me saying that I will no longer reserve the shipments and that they will not refund my money then hangs up on me. To top all of this off the fraudulent charges overdrew my account.
I have since opened a fraud claim against VL and await a ruling. BUYER BEWARE!

I PLACED MY INTRODUCTORY ORDER ON MAY 26TH AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED ON MAY 27TH. I LOST MY JOB ON MONDAY, MAY 30TH SO I CALLED AND CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND ALL FUTURE ORDERS. MY CARD WAS SUBSQUENTLY CHARGED AGAIN ON JUNE 27TH FOR $54.95 AND $59.95.
WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL YET AGAIN AND ALSO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED, I SPOKE WITH A YOUNG "LADY" AND SHE WAS SO NICE UNTIL I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, SHE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON ME! THERE IS NO WAY IN *** I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! FURTHERMORE, I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO IS WILL TO LISTEN THAT THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Ever knowing you are gonna hang up as they put you on hold and walk away scam scam scam scam ripping your credit card off and you cause you are stuck paying bill get a lawyer fight this company and call in number also get on it now sue these. People now to stop them in there tracks

Volcan Health Supplements Free Trial Review
I saw an advertisement for two vitamin supplements-Megadrox & Testadrox. The ad stated I could try each one for $4.95 shipping and handling charge.
I couldn't believe it when I discovered I have been charged over $200! It turns out I was charged for two additional orders that I not only did not authorize-I never received! I called and spoke to a female representative who told me this was part of the agreement on their website, which is false! She canceled future payments, but refused to return any of my money.
She did advise me that when I do receive the pills to feel free to throw them out or give them to a friend. She then rudely hung up on me.
There are many companies out there that do online business honestly, but this company is not one of them. Stay away from this company and all of its products!

Ripped Off
I recently bought a free sample of this product. THen 2 weeks later they then charge my account again for this product.
So i called them and they said the samples weren't free but the add for sure said FREE. I have called them 3-4 times and today the last time the lady hung up on me and then told too bad and they had my money! First of all this product is bogus and doesn't work. Second they just steal from you then tell you too bad.
Don't buy anything from this company. I'm now disputting the charges on my card.

Literally lie about what will be charged to your account and then come back a month later taking unauthorized money from your account. Just cost me $110 and there's apparently nothing that can be done to get my money back.
I cannot believe they are allowed to operate like this. This little transaction of theirs is going to wind up causing me a lot of headaches.
I seriously wish someone in the government could step in to shut these scam artists and others like them down. I'm real curious to know how much money they have collected from others like myself over the course of their existence.
I told them I was contacting the FTC and got a refund.

When i spoke to a representive he refuse to credit my account shipping handling, insurance, and expedit charges. Will you please credit everything that was charge to my account.

I tried to dispute the charge with me credit card company but they sent some faked up documentation. That's okay I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC if enough people file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission maybe we can close the place down.
