They don’t know how their interface works. It’s impossible to schedule and finish implementation with them before the 30 day trial and then they lock you into a 2 year agreement.
They are awful. When you do the implementation they don’t even know their own interface well enough to show others how to use it. Terrible terrible.
Save yourself about 15 hours of frustration and reporting charge back to your old company. Don’t do this unless you are a glutton for punishment.

This is a contract you can never escape from.They will keep charging you for their *** service no matter what. We had them for about three years and they were tied into one of our company credit cards so we never missed a payment or were late ever until the cards expiration date passed which we didn’t realize and they couldn’t get a payment on the due date which we weren’t aware of because they never called or sent a letter, they just cut the service off. I spent about an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out why my line was dead before they finally figured out that I was 10 days past the due date.this is an auto renew contract type scam so even though our original contract is done with them it looks like we are tied in for another year.

I wasted 2 months of my time because of RingCentral. I had a very clear list of features that my company required.
After going back and forth for some time, the sales man said that their system can accommodate all our requirements. After 2 months going back and forth including the initial setup of our system, we started to see that the employee of RingCentral was completely misleading. The system is not advanced to accommodate my companies needs to survive.
My recommendation is to not believe what they tell you - TEST them out first by doing initial set-up to see what they lack. I am angry because sales man made me fall two month behind of schedule.

We switched to ring central 2 1/2 years ago and it has been the worst experience of my life. There's no amount of money I could put on this email to describe what we've lost as an organization.
they seem to be geared towards very small clients with a few seats But that was not what was told to us when we bought the product.
They do not contact you back they have zero customer service and billing practices are horrible. If you have a very small company and price was the only thing that mattered maybe ring central is a solution anything else is a waste of time.
