Voicetrading - regular tarif changes
- - Auto-charging not recommended.
- - Tariffs change often with sudden increases.
- - Voice quality can be poor with background noise and cracking.
I actually use various Services of Delomont since many years and my experiance has not been mixed. Usually calling quality is ok and tarifs are fair. I would not recommend to implement auto-charging at all. The company changes tarifs very often and users must be aware of sudden tarif increases (considerbale increases...).
At times voice quality is very bad and background noises and cracking makes calls impossible (probably one has to use premium line by enterying tripple zero before usual international prefix).
The really bad thing about Delmont (or its brands voipcheap, voippro, voicetrading etc) is the regular change of tarif. Eg. cost for calls to Switzerland increased almost by factor 10 this summer and they are probably the most expensive Voip provider for Switzerland at the moment. They also change tarifs on paid credit. Hence, if one has uploaded a considerable amount of credit and tarife changes to the favourit destination, you are pretty much screwed...
- Cheap voip calls
- Ease of use
- Constantly changing tarifs
- Steep price increase
Preferred solution: Price reduction
