Hi can you tell me whats happened to the Vo5 gel spray please Ive bought this for as many years as I can remember usually 2 bottles a month on my last purchase I noticed the bottle had changed but obviously still bought it the labeling as now changed to use on damp hair where as the other said for dry hair as well the smell of it is horrendous and my hair as never felt as bad using it it feels dry brittle and just stuck to my head I wont be buying this any more if its going to be like this Im so disappointed in this Ive wasted my money I look forward to your reply thank you Ruth

Lack of customer service
No response from Vo5 after 4 attempts
Received a tube of v05 hair conditioner and the bottom of tube was split open. Sent company via email 4 times with 0 response from them. I wanted a replacement
