Overall operations, quality and refund issues
- - Promised the best teacher in sales, but she was unavailable.
- - Promised full refund, but unclear clause caused a deduction and backups were substituted.
During sales, they promised the best teacher, but she was not available. During sales, they promised full refund, but did not clarify the clause clearly, and hence huge cut on refund
They keep substituting backups
- But it costed me more
- I thought it is less costly
- Lack of integrity
Preferred solution: Full refund

Worked in the company as a tutor
- - Excellent tutors paid about $1–$2/hour for a heavy workload; student fees are about $5 AUD/hour, with late payments and poor support.
The Tutors in the company are excellent, except they are paid very less. So just in case, if you are willing to work as a tutor, I beg you not to choose this company.
Horrible work ethics, lack of support, extremely low wage with *** ton amount of work. The Tutors tend to lose their interest as time passes because no hike, no timely payment. The fee for the student is very low, around $5 AUD per hour, but the tutor get paid around 1 or $2 per hour, which I believe is very low, and they expect the tutors to work exceptional. To be honest, the tutors in the company they do a great job despite this slavery.
So next time when you choose this company, please just once think about the people behind it.
Note : Don't be a tutor in this company. I am saying this because I suffered, and I don't want others to suffer.
User's recommendation: Don't choose this platform for your kids
