my prescripture corrected accidentally put the wrong number need to be corrected with this prescription in my glasses frames lenses. Single PD 72

OS -Left (SPH) -4.75 (CYL) -1.75. Axis 175 needed corrected with these numbers thanks

Bad product no conflict resolution bad customer service
I ordered tinted glasses and clear glasses, both with the same prescription. I received them, but the tinted ones were not prescription at all, and the clear ones weren't right either.
The frame of one pair broke. Customer service said they would fix them for an additional 7 dollars, so I sent them the money. Then, they wanted me to send the glasses I had received back at my own expense. All this was communicated through emails sent late at night or in the middle of the night.
There has still been no resolution and I'm very disappointed. I'm still seeking a resolution and I do not recommend.

Wrong Tracking Number. I Do Not See My Purchase On There Website. They Do Not Have A Phone Number To Contact Them.
I Can't Track My Purchase, Wrong Tracking Number. I'm having a hard time contacting them by phone. They do not have a good phone number.
