Pretty much sums it up. Flat out terrible customer service. Terrible Warranty policy. Oh wait, did I forget their terrible product? Dead TV in under 1.5 year! Have fun spending $2,000 on a TV and only have to buy it again in 2 years or less. I have nothing else to say, so filling the 100 word requirement.. /sigh... *** you Vizio. Never again. Never Forget. *** you Vizio. *** you Vizio. Never again. Never Forget. *** you Vizio. *** you Vizio.... Read more

After contacting Vzio, I was told the product was out of warranty. I reported the TV spontaneously turns off and back on. I was told to unplug the the tv and re-plug it in, try another outlet....TV does not work at all. I asked the possible issue..."power problem" huh, knew that before I called. Any history of this being an issue with this model ?...not known, what could the problem be? 'power problem'.. rude and not helpful. Not a trained... Read more

Called customer service because Vizio did an update and I was having problems and not getting a full screen. I was told a lot of tech stuff and told to contact my cable company. They brushed me off. The customer service gal was talking high tech language way above my head. No results just pasted the problem on to someone else. They were of no help only lip service. My cable company tried to help but the problem was the TV. They need better... Read more

I bought a Vizio E series 55 inch tv on December 13, 2016. On Dec 31, the picture went out with a horizontal line and the focus flickers out every 2 seconds. Great product, lasted a whole 3 weeks! I notified Vizio immediately and 3 days later they promised me that they would bring me a new tv and set it up in my home within 7 to 10 days. 10 days later with no new tv, I contacted them again and they said that their service representative never... I called in about a TV with black spots when it was turned on. spoke with Rich and he was super rude and a ***! He said it wasn't their fault and it was the shippers. The box was pristine and so was the TV, it was when it was turned on that it had issues. My complaint is with how the representative treated me. Rich made me feel like I was *** for calling in and wasted their time. I had even called in earlier and they did the same thing but... Read more

I recently purchased a Vizio D55n-E2 55'' 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV from Walmart on line for $401. At the time, I'm thinking this is a steal. When I received it on my door step, I was excited. I decided to buy a Vizio because I once saw a San Diego NFL player advertise for them. When I took it out of the box, it didn't look 55 inches. When I measured it, it was 49.5 inches. I called Walmart to complain. They said I would have to speak with someone... Read more
