Vizio is garbage and the company has terrible customer service. Bought a new 65" 4K tv. 13 months later (with light usage), the backlight goes out and I'm told it's not replaceable. They offer me the same junk TV and want $1000+. Went to Best Buy and they were willing to work with me more than vizio. I will write this same review 1000 times if it saves consumers the money. Absolute junk
