I had a family member who had gotten me enough for 6 months so when that is gone I will have to buy me some more I have been taking this for 9 months an it has helped me so much

I am very upset
For about 3 months now Viviscal is not available in stores .It is completely gone from every store in Winnipeg , Manitoba.After trying it for about 4 months and spending over 2 hundred dollars on this product I cant even complete the sixth month recommended usage if I wanted to.I dont know how this company can just halt the supply of its customers like this.The viviscal company must be losing money also.

Billed $252.90 for 1 bottle each shampoo & conditioner plus 1 box vitamins
Placed order May 30 with delivery in 4-6 weeks (Had to cancel within 30 days.) Canceled 6/14. Received email that someone would be getting back with me.
7 weeks later I received email that my order was canceled and I never received a product. In August, I received product that was canceled. August 6, I was billed again. Billed 9/6 &;;;;;; 10/6, I was informed that a new order was placed in August.
Why would I authorize $$149.78 to be charged to my account, again? Even with this new order, I have not received any product.
I have been billed $252.9o for one shipment on 2 different orders. Again, my new order was gladly canceled but billed on 10/6.
I do not want a new shipment.
I want the endless billing to stop.
My order should have been canceled within a few days of my request. I did not want a shipment, but I accepted it thinking that Viviscal had honored my request, but they did not.

How do I cancel upcoming orders?
Can anyone tell me how to cancel upcoming orders, please? I have called over a year ago and they said I had to wait till this August, so I did, yet they sent me another overpriced package with shampoo I never use.

Bad Service and Fishy tasting Capsules
I ordered Viviscal thinking this would be great for me my thinning hair!! Well I tried it for 2 weeks and I couldn't take the taste or the stomach ache it gave me, plus now that I have tried to get the refund and have never gotten the return label!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Your customer service refused to take a refund or send a label
After repeated attempts your customer service refused to take a refund or send a label. Now they are sending me to collections. i still have some product and will send it back if you can send me a label as promised 4 times, via mail and promised once via e-mail.

i have used Viviscal for well over a year. Nothing, no hair growth at all.
Wasted my time and money and have canceled any further orders. Don't waste your money.
