Rather than backing their product they put the issue back on the customer. I changed my yard sign to say "worst customer service company, Vivint". My neighbor just went with a different company (good for them). This is not the first issue with their product. I was assured by the vivint customer account rep that I wouldn't be charged anything since I decided to cancel. In the course of the phone calls, I also found out that they charge to send a tech for any issues (free with most other security companies). Day 4 and I found both charges on my acccount! Do not get a Vivint. Smart Home Security Solutions. If you move into a house that they cannot 100% secure they will still make you install the system and pay the rest of your contract. If you don't want the unsecure system they will still make you pay the rest of the contract. They have zero customer service. I am having a BIG issue with Vivint and at this point will NOT recommend anyone use them, I had it install on Aug 9th and I said yes to their sales rep and that same night it was installed, We had a few small issues the next day but the sales rep took care of them (Our door bell camera still picks up motion when no one is there).
