I have a collection of designer watches, and both Vivienne Westwood watches I have have broken! Absolutely disgusted with the quality of watch!

One watch it's Dial broke off and it cost an absolute fortune to have it repaired and the other, the bracelet fell off my wrist!

I hadn't banged it or caught it! As stated I have a contrast of designer of watches never having a problem with any and I find it more than an conincidence that both Vivienne Westwood watches have broken in less than an year of purchasing them!!

Online store works badly

First of all, I bought a pair of earring that got unglued in 2 months. I hope it was just a faulty item, and after contacting the online service the told me to send it back to have new ones.

After a pair of week they told me there are no more pairs of earrings and that I can just have a refund. I find this unacceptable. But the things I find more unacceptable is how they managed the refunding process. It took me 24 e-mails to have all the money back.

They forgot to pay shipping at first, and then they forgot to send me money back. After all, I received all the money, but after asking me card numer and some other information (like expiration date and security code) that I don't think it's actually legal to ask from email. I found it crazy, I don't know how it works in UK but in Italy banks say to never give those information for any reason.

I hope they're gonna find a way to solve those problems. I don't think I'm gonna buy anithing else in online store, I think they work too bad.

I bought a pait of vivienne westwood shoes from metro centre gateshead they cost me 98 pound im only 18 i bought them out of my very iwn money my wage i work hard for but i lost reciept and i found the shoes had a fault in them so i tryed to take them back only to be told they wouldnt entertain me without the reciept. I am gutted i was so proud to have treated myself with my own hard earned cash is there anyway yous could have a word with your employees to see if yous could help me thankyou my email is mish 99@ live .

Ordered Anglomania AR skinny jeans size 29 12/17/2015. $360.

Transaction authorized by bank immediately. 10 days later i heard nothing re:order status.Checked website order placed on "security hold"?????? I sent an email inquiring about their "security hold". THEIR co.

Wants additional proof that i am me..& csrdholder was person who actually placed order.They requested verification of amount undrr $1 . credited to my Visa card. 15 days later i reluctantly provided the correct answer & demanded they ship my merchandise.No response from them for 5 additional days after verifying I am the cardholderand dtaus on their website remains "security hold". I sent another email rewuesting a ststus update re:my order.

2 more days no reply received,no merchandise received. I sent another email requesting the hold be released and my merchandise shipped. 1/7/2015 emsil receivef stating order canceled and funds crefited back to Visa card. Credit back to my Visa still needs to be confirmed.

Vivienne Westwood Ltd. Better hope that credit appears on my statement. I am in process of filing a complaint w International Consumer Protection. I tried calling all contact #'s provided on their website."calls could not be completed as dialed" Verizon Wireless attempted same and also could not complete the calls.

# provided on emails and their website is 44 (0) 20 **** *461...no success getting thru ..also tried calling Los Angeles store..no answer no recording NOTHING ... customer service reps signing emailef responses were Yuliana, Vaniece and Prose.

None of whom appear to exist. What *#@* crap !!!!

Terrible repair

I purchased a bag, which developed a number of faults while still within it's guarantee. The catch popped open every time I used the bag, no matter how much or how little I was carrying in it - apparently other people had also experienced this fault.

As well as this, the croc handle was becoming cracked, and the edges to the trim were becoming frayed. All after less than a year of use - and only using the bag for best!

I took the bag into the Conduit Street Store in London, where they told me they could not authorize a credit note or refund, as this was a decision made by the manufacturer in Milan. However, they assured me that given the situation, they were convinced a credit note would be offered.

I sent the bag back to the manufacturers, who proceeded to 'repair' the faults. After waiting a month and a half I returned to the store to collect it and was dismayed at what I saw.

The handle had been replaced with leather that didn't match the colouring or finish of the original bag at all. Rather than being glossy patent croc, the new handle had a lustre effect and was lighter in color.

The staff at the shop told me there was nothing they could do, at which point I refused to accept the bag, and took the number for the customer services department. Not only this, the new parts added to the bag (handle and catch) do not come with a renewed guarantee, so should the faults reoccur I will not be covered.

After calling customer services and explaining the situation, I was faced with some of the rudest, most patronizing and unhelpful staff I have ever come across, the worst of whom was the area manager.

He refused to accept my opinion on the bag, and has since refused to grant me a credit note or a refund, despite me having gone down every other avenue in order to fix the bag - to unsatisfactory results.

The area manager actually laughed at me during our phone call, and was condescending throughout, leaving me angry, upset and at a loss as to how to proceed. I don't think anyone would spend that amount of money on something that they are unhappy with. I did not expect such shoddy quality from a bag costing £330.00.

Furthermore, I sent him a letter after consulting Trading Standards, who confirmed that to refuse a refund is breaching the Sale of Goods Act, which states that goods must reach a satisfactory condition.

On receiving my letter, the area manager sent me an email in response which continued to disregard my complaint.

I will not be buying from Vivienne Westwood again, as the quality of their products and the subsequent 'service' I have received is appalling.

I would urge others to make their purchases elsewhere, and am currently seeking legal advice to resolve my situation.
