Unbelievably bad service
I paid $2500 for this vacuum unit three years ago. The brush motor doesn't work, and the ONE service company in my area has put me off for over a month with one excuse after another. Never had such bad service. I sent an email to the company's website, but never heard back. There is no service link to provide help with tis on their webpage. At this point I want to throw it away and get a different vacuum.
User's recommendation: Stay away from Vivenso.
Warranty is a LIE! Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!
My husband and I bought a Vivenso Smart System in June 2017. System works fine. The hose has gotten clogged but nothing we couldn't take care of ourselves. About a month ago, November 2018, while using the upholstery attachment it came apart. I wasn't being rough or abusing the tool. It is simply faulty. So we contact the company and were given the contact information for the distributor for our area, United Alliance Group, LLC. 3316 E. 32nd Joplin, MO. 64804. This is THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. After being told we would have to contact the employee who no longer works with the company to get it replaced, completely ignoring the warranty requests and mentions we are basically told we are responsible to pay for replacement parts. I'm paying over $3500 for this system and was promised a 'lifetime warranty'. That is a total crock of *** The kicker here is the representative was very aggressive and underhandedly tries to make the customer feel dumb. When I informed the rep I would be posting reviews of this and recommending that if people want a water system they should buy a Hyla ( Which I do! they are great systems and HONOR THEIR WARRANTY ) the rep told me and I am copy/pasting this so it is a direct quote " And as far as “other companies” customer service I would do a little research and see how they handle their customer service before you make a uneducated recommendation on a company or product. " I'm not making an uneducated recommendation, i have owned a HYLA and dealt with their customer service which is GREAT! I did let this rep know he/she should not be working in customer service and should possibly educate themselves on how to deal with customer complaints and warranty issues. I DO NOT recommend buying this system. After researching customer service is terrible across the board. I would like to return my system and buy a HYLA so I know my needs will be met! I know I can't as we signed a contract, but it doesn't mean I don't wish I could!

I bought Vivenso 2 Years ago, and now after my warranty has been expired, it starts to broke., firstly the brush and then the holder.. very bad product quality.. I strongly advise not to buy it. I have to pay the shipping and about $440.00 for this service and the replacement .All of this is not the way a reputable company treats its customers and does business. I have decided to write a review bacause I would like to let other people aware about what will happend after the warranty expired. The period of the warranty is 2 Year. Demo was great, but all the promises are fake, no ona came to me and check it.
