Return policy
Ordered a stand alone toilet railing for a new residence. Due to delays, I did not get in on schedule.
The railing was just put together and did not meet my needs. I am disabled, retired and on a fixed income..
It was never used! Very upset that it cannot be returned even at my expense.

Product question
Ive been a vive customer for several years. I buy their suction cup grabbers to clean up limbs in yard.
Ive been very pleased until my last purchase of item (LVA1001) the 2 pack of the 32 inch suction cup grabbers. They both broke within a couple weeks of each other. I took them apart and found a weak spot inside where a spot weld was.
I called the most unfriendly customer service team Ive ever talked too, and they were no help.Im very disappointed. The last design they had pinched your finger, but at least they didnt break.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
