- - Agent refused to connect me with a helper and gave a sales pitch.
- - They talked over me and asked for my credit card number; I may leave Vivant.
I asked the person who answered the customer service number to give me a person to help me. He refused and told me I had to listen to his stupid sales pitch!
He just kept talking over me and then wanted my credit card number! What a bunch of crap!
I really feel like dumping Vivant! How unprofessional!

Verified Reviewer |Vivant made my life a nightmare for over 4 months
- - Equipment was owned outright.
- - Despite canceling, they billed and called twice daily since June 1.
We sold our house with a vivant system in June. Our equipment was owned outright and purchased by us.
After twenty, yes twenty phone calls, they continued to bill us even though we shut down our account. We have made multiple calls, to billing, to moving, to collections asking for resolution- defending and having our call to them to cancel our service recorded.
We have been assured over and over the account is canceled and they continue to call, twice daily, every single day since June 1st to attempt to collect for service we cancelled. Apparently this company cannot communicate, document, or hold their word to assure us they will resolve.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Never ever get via my service. Get a pit bull.
