Ordered about $300 worth GARBAGE on Oct 14. It now 27 days "in transit" Cant get ANY updates other than "in transit from Chicago to ur destination" (same as everyone seems to be getting) I emailed their support center for weeks without a respond, when I got and answer all they could say was "we dont know contact USPS".. as if I hadn't done that al All USPS could tell me was that there was absolutely no way to track these packages accurately that Vivamacity sends out. Don't know what they're doing differently with shipping but its ridiculous. I got extremely upset, told them they are full of excuses. This virus is apparently making these orders take 1/4 of a full year to ship, so they say. Funny thing is I have ordered 1 ring from them before to make sure they were legit and I received this order within 2 wks. This was at the BEGINNING of this "pandemic"..now it's almost a whole year since the pandemic and apparently it takes months to just receive a ring? Well how come when I order from places in the US.. to Canada, I recieve them within 2 days?! And these places are further than Vivamacitys location! So I mouthed them on IG and told the owner I literally want to punch her in the face right now for stealing my money and everyone else's that I am reading about on here. Obviously joking, she lives in Texas and I live in Canada, for one she could kill me LOL. (Well since we live in a world full of children looking for attention. She took this as a serious threat, cough cough Karen.) Responded with this bs: "So what do u want us to do exactly? Theres only 1 tracking number to give u. The delivery has literally nothing to do with our control. Some people have waited 3 months, u have been really lucky before with covid going on. Yeah, please dont order again then Theres no excuse, thats what usps tells us that its the pandemic, less people are working. What else could it be? Like can u think of what else it is? Nothing. We dont want ur money, please refuse your package ASAP and well very happily refund you ;) If we were stealing your money, wed obviously not ship your order? Lmfao. But it shipped within 2 hours Thank u for ur order. As we worked tirelessly to reconcile this issue it is with a heavy heart that we have placed u on our blacklist from doing business with vivamacity indefinitely, starting now. Customers receive the utmost care and service to refund or exchange orders with unexpected issues, however this benefit does not carry over to blacklisted customers who threaten the integrity and livelihood of our workers. Your order has been canceled and refund has been placed on a temporary 90 day hold until we receive the returned products we have shipped. Thank u for ur repeat business, sadly this is the last we will continue to serve u. Best of luck moving forward." Before I even get the chance to respond after she said "so what so u want us to do exactly" She sends all these other msgs saying SHE herself has chosen to cancel my order (because she felt so threatened by me wanting to punch her through a computer screen lol)and I wont recieve a refund for up to 90days LMFAO. After I've already waited a full month for the order to not even be shipped. How about you just refund me the normal 5-10 buisness days AND you'll never hear from me again? Problem solved. I think she would rather the attention for the next 3 months of me spamming her for my refund apparently. And funny thing is once I bring this to my lawyer to see what can be done because I also have severe Epilepsy, and mental health problems that I have stated to this company after I had apologized for "threatening" to punch her through a computer screen lol, (she was completely un-sympathetic and continued to be rude and wonders why I am spamming here now) well I dont just have Epilepsy, I have stress induced seizures, which the owner of this company is now causing me to have. I have video recordings of these seizures and I will be using them as evidence to further this case because you are literally causing me health issues at this point when all you need to do is refund me my $300. So obviously I mouthed her again, spammed her instagram, she blocked me and reported me for harassment (LOL) well then I msg her off another account I have for IG and she says this back after I asked for and immediate refund because I never even received this item and now shes telling me I have to wait 3 WHOLE MONTHS to even see a refund?? I told her a million times.. just refund the order immediately which is generally, 5-10 business days, NOT 90days. She did that just to be an extra C. She replies with this: No, we will refund u once we receive it. But, we dont appreciate negativity, scam comments, threats, like that and thats not the type of business we want to operate, so we would not like to continue business after receiving ur order. THEN SHE BLOCKS ME AGAIN So I get my boyfriend to msg her, saying HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW U HAVE RECIEVED THE ORDER BACK AND WILL FOR SURE BE REFUNDED WHEN U ARE BLOCKING MY GIRLFRIEND ON EVERYTHING? She then replies with this crap!!!! "Not sure whats so confusing, u can either keep ur order, but if ur crying for a refund, then u simply need to return ur order for a refund. Such a shame to spend so much negative energy, when all u had to do was read the message." .. at this point I was about ready to throw a cyber sword or something through the phoneLOL(wtvr scares her more than my fist lol) what she replied back with literally makes no sense? Shes pretending now she never cancelled it? (Issue was so big with Viva I had to post 2 separate complaints to get my whole story in LOL, and trust me I tried to shorten this up. But this is what happened. Other girls need to know and not even risk ordering from here!!! Just dont do it. The owner is a complete B and I guess I'm not the only one shes been rude to. You really wonder why we want to punch you lol.... cmon.) I called her stupid and got this msg back lol "Due to your repeat contact with our business and threatening the livelyhood of our employees we'll be passing this information to our legal team in pursuit of charges for defamation, slander, and conspiring to assault. We will be in contact soon. Best, Vivamacity Our legal team is currently leading the initiative with your communication. I apologize but the only messages I'm legally allowed to send to you from this point forward is as follows: "Texas Commission of Attorney's at Law is reviewing this response. It is out legal obligation to inform you every and any attempt at publicly and privately contacting, communicating, threatening, or ill-fully representing the integrity of this business will be pursued in the court." If I look up the tracking# now, my order is in the Pacific Ocean LOL so ya that's my story. DONT BUY FROM HERE. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. Not to mention her reviews are all filtered by her so only the 3,4,5 's actually get published. I have posted plenty of bad reviews after not receiving these items but continuing to get emails saying "review your item!!" .. I would if I ever recieved it. Holy F. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, IF YOU LOOK UO THE ADDRESS OF VIVAMACITY'S LOCATION... GUESS WHAT COMES UP?? WELL IF YOU GO ON GOIGLE MAPS AND GO TO STREETVIEW, FIRST IT BRINGS YOU TO AN ALLEY WAY WITH A BBQ. THEN FLIP TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING... "AMAR INDIAN CUISINE" ALONG WITH.. "PRO NAIL SPA LASH" WHAT THE @$%!
