No live agent availsble, got customers who are.Dinosaur age when it comes to digital use , vision impaired, elderly, has purchased shies before? So no return process took initiatef , would prefer live agent if any available, shoes bought not comfortable.

Call me . Send me the necessary documents to return the WRONG shoes you sent me AND REFUND my money back immediately!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It would have been so much easier if you had a customer slip and return information enclosed in my order.
I had to get my granddaughter to contact you and send a picture of the shoes before I could get my refund. She had to print something off the computer.
No one has ever returned my call. I just want a real person to speak to me and tell me how to return a pair of shoes.
I love my shoes but will not be buying additional pairs if I can not get satisfactory customer service. Please -- how do I return a pair of shoes??
I got shoes for me and my daughter. I love mine but she does not like hers. I am trying to return them but there was no packing slip in the box or an address to return these shoes.

I have input all the billing and credit card info; however, when I click 'PAY NOW,' nothing happens. I indicated to use a new credit card and I input all the credit card info, but it's telling me my card number is incorrect.

User's recommendation: This company is extremely difficult to reach. No one ever answers the customer service line and online attempts to communicate with a human is ridiculous!
